What we do

Support systems for girls and young women

Too many girls are missing school because of their periods. Not because periods are inconvenient, but because conditions like endometriosis and PCOS go unrecognised for years, and schools aren’t set up to help. Beyond the Cycle is changing that.

Why it matters

Nobody told them what to look for

The gap in diagnosis exists for a lot of reasons, but one of them is that nobody told these young women what to look for, or gave them the language to say something was wrong. By the time they get answers, many have already fallen behind at school, missed exams, or just quietly learned to push through.

Practical support, right where it's needed

We work in schools to give girls, and those who support them, proper education about menstrual health: understanding your cycle, recognising when something isn’t right, and knowing how to get support. We also make sure schools are better equipped with safe spaces, emergency supplies and staff who know what to do.

Our pilot is free for schools

We provide fully stocked resource trolleys, staff training, educational materials and ongoing support at no cost, and handle all restocking and programme management throughout the pilot.

Corporate & community talks

Menstrual health doesn’t stop at the school gates. We’ve taken the conversation into the workplace, speaking at corporate events and partnering with companies to raise funds and awareness.
